Do we need to have a finished strategy document already?
No. Foresight Track works from scratch or from page 1 of an existing strategy. The existing document is input, not a prerequisite.
Can we run this ourselves after the Track?
Yes. The hand-off includes frameworks, templates and training so you can re-run the foresight cycle annually on your own.
How many team members should participate?
Minimum 3-5 (CEO/director, programmes lead, fundraiser). Optimal — 5-7. This is not a workshop — it is work — so the depth of team participation determines output quality.
Can the process be shortened?
Yes — there is a 3-week Express Track for $12-18k. Less depth, but useful if you need to quickly rebuild strategy under a changed situation.
