Since 2011, we have helped businesses, NGOs, public institutions and universities design strategies, secure non-dilutive capital, evaluate programmes and build institutional capability. What makes the practice different
We are a small senior practice, not a volume consultancy. Our work combines strategy, capital access, evidence and implementation support in one integrated model:
Strategy first. Every engagement starts with the question of what the organisation is trying to build, not what services we can sell.
Co-authored, not handed over. Strategic documents are written with the client team, not handed across the table. The team that owns the document becomes the team that implements it.
Standards, not slogans. We work to PMD Pro, GRI, SASB, OECD-DAC, CSRD, and TCFD. Every methodology we use is documented and verifiable.

Team
Tetiana Honcharenko
Founder, Managing Partner
Tetiana founded the firm in 2011 and incorporated it in 2012. Over fifteen years she has facilitated more than sixty strategic sessions for corporations, NGOs, and public institutions, designed and delivered more than fifty training programmes, and built the partner relationships that became the firm’s institutional backbone. Since 2023 she serves as Business Advisory Partner at Crowe Mikhailenko. She holds a Master’s in Mathematics from Drahomanov National Pedagogical University and is certified through UNIDO programmes on industrial-park development.
Kateryna Poznanska
Chief Executive — Grant Fundraising Practice
Kateryna leads the firm’s flagship engagement in fundraising and capability building. PhD, Master’s in Sociology. Author of a certified curriculum, The Professional Fundraiser for Commercial Organisations and Social Projects. Forty-plus strategic sessions and trainings facilitated for SMEs and civil society organisations since 2020. Operational lead and the principal point of contact for all client engagements.
Olena Mykolyuk
Lead Expert, Business Grant Capital
Olena leads the firm’s work on business-side grant capital and EU cross-border programmes. Coordinator of EU cross-border cooperation programmes “Ukraine-Poland-Belarus” (2007-2013, 2014-2021) at the regional level. Specialist in international cooperation, investment programmes, and inter-regional initiatives.
Maryna Zemliana
Operations Director, Lead Grant Writer for Civil Society
Maryna runs the firm’s day-to-day delivery and grant writing for civil society clients. Google Project Management Certificate. Specialist in EU instrument design — Erasmus, Horizon — through CEASC programmes.
Sofiya Lyashko
Grant Writer and Project Manager
Sofiya leads grant writing and project management for civil society and business clients. Has personally secured $50,000+ in funding and administered programmes worth $600,000+. Sectoral experience across higher education, philanthropy, creative industries, digital, fashion, healthcare, and humanitarian work.
Olena Botina
Expert, Media and Creative Industries
Olena leads the firm’s media, culture, and creative-industries practice. Project manager for grant programmes in social and educational sectors, with a focus on cross-sector collaboration between SMEs and civil society organisations.
Oleksiy Kushnir
Senior Adviser — Capital Markets and Sustainable Finance
Twenty-seven years in the financial sector. Currently CEO of Crowe Mikhailenko (2025). Previously: head of Industry and Services at USAID’s Competitive Economy Programme; acting deputy chairman of Ukraine’s Export Credit Agency; senior management at Ukreximbank and Oschadbank. Certified by SACE Simest (Italy); certified Corporate Director through the Professional Association of Corporate Governance.
