Tetiana Honcharenko
Tetiana founded the practice in 2011 and incorporated PARAGRAF in 2012. Over thirteen years she has facilitated more than sixty strategic sessions for corporations, NGOs, and public institutions; designed and delivered more than fifty training programmes across project management, financial literacy, fundraising, and strategic planning; and built the partner relationships that became the firm’s institutional backbone.
Since 2023 she serves as Business Advisory Partner at Crowe Mikhailenko. Since 2020 she is Board Member at MATAS Robotics Corporation. UNIDO certifications (2024) on industrial-park development and financing.
Master’s in Mathematics, Drahomanov National Pedagogical University. Speaker at international forums on strategy and social investment.

Kateryna leads the firm’s flagship engagement in fundraising and capability building. She is the operational lead and the principal point of contact for client engagements.

Forty-plus strategic sessions and trainings facilitated for SMEs and civil society organisations since 2020.
